Where do you source your ingredients?

Does GLOW BALM melt?

  • Because our products do not contain synthetic emulsifiers, they rely on natural ingredients that may have different melting points. This means that in some cases, especially during hot weather or long transit times, our products might melt or soften.

My GLOW BALM arrived melted, what should I do?

If you receive a product that has melted or softened during transit, here are a few tips to restore it:

  • Cool It Down: Simply place the product in a cool, dry place. Allow it to return to its normal consistency at room temperature.
  • Refrigeration: For a quicker fix, you can place the product in the refrigerator for a short time to help it solidify again.
  • Shake or Stir: Once it has cooled down, give the product a gentle shake or stir to blend any separated ingredients back together.

What is the shelf life of GLOW BALM and GLOW OIL?

  • We do not use any synthetic preservatives in our products. Our preservative of choice is Vitamin E, a natural preservative which also contains an array of skin benefits. Vitamin E is known for its antioxidant properties, which help extend the shelf life of our products by preventing oxidation and rancidity.
  • Products containing Vitamin E generally have a shelf life of about 6 to 12 months from the date of manufacture. This duration can vary based on the specific oil blend and storage conditions. Vitamin E helps protect the integrity of the oils, but the natural nature of our ingredients means that they don’t last indefinitely.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

  • Yes, we are proudly vegan and cruelty-free. Our products are plant-based and free from all animal-derived ingredients such as lanolin, beeswax, carmine and more.

What is the difference between products made with fragrance and essential oils?

  • Our Jasmine & Rose fragrance option has essential oils added to it to achieve its beautiful scent.  Essential oils are aromatic extracts concentrated from plants that retain the essence of their origin. 
  • Our Fleur De Luxe fragrance option is made with fragrance/parfume oil. This ensures that every time you use products with this scent, you experience the same delightful fragrance.

How long does it usually take for my order to ship?

  • Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. However, shipping times can vary depending on the product and your location.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time?

What if I need to change my shipping address after placing an order?
